Even though my line attenuation is quite low (12.3/6.5) and my margin is quite high (33.9/15.8), I'm still stuck on 3M/768k. Between Netflix and Youtube, as well as patches, updates, and backups, my line is almost always loaded.

I plan on bugging them tonight about it, but frankly I expect a much more clear answers from here than from whatever the CS person decides to tell me today.
