Standardized Tea Extracts contain polyphenols and a small amount of caffeine that are a potent combination for weight control. Green tea has been clinically shown to increase the rate at wich the bidy burns calories. White, wu long, and black teas have been shown to limit the amount of starch and fat calories absorbed by a meal. For probio lite results, take before meals, at least 200 mg polyphenols and 100 mg of caffeine.
