Remote work turned out to be not such an easy task. I don't know how to properly build communication and control tasks. Who can give some advice?

It all depends on the manager, if you ask me. No program, task list or time tracker can replace a competent manager. You can spend hours looking for such a solution, but if there is no understanding of the needs of employees - everything will be in vain.

I can't completely agree with the previous comment. Yes, a lot depends on the manager, but a well-chosen program can facilitate the work of the whole team. We use the taskade service. This is a task manager designed to simplify the work in the team. I create projects, share them with colleagues and watch the changes in real time. I also like their Free Creative Agency Templates and the ability to work in the app
