I think that the air in my apartment is terrible, it is hard to breathe. How can I check it and improve it?

Oh, I don't know. Apart from plants, I can't think of anything. Probably some devices have already been invented, but I have not used them and cannot advise. I should probably look for some articles on this subject on the Internet.

Air purifiers, or air washers, take in dusty, dry air, clean it and humidify it. Humidifiers increase the humidity of the air, compensating for the heating batteries. But you should understand that you still need an influx of fresh air, and after airing you need to start cleaning again. I think there is a solution, but you have to look for it. For example check this site , there is a lot of information on the quality of air in the house.
