If you are looking forward to integrating the email service in QuickBooks desktop then you can either look at the steps that are mentioned below or can directly consult the quickbooks customer care phone number and have a word with the techies for the same?

• Open the QuickBooks desktop application with the admin login credentials.
• Now go to the QuickBooks File menu and from there select the option of Preferences and after that Send Forms
• Then select the option of Outlook (if you have an account) or any other webmail service
• Click on Add email
• Configure the server and the port settings accordingly
• Save the email address and password.
