Henan Shibang crushing machinery experts optimized the cavity shape of the cone cone crusher newly launched by studying the working mechanism and performance of the cone crusher. However, due to the limitation of time and experimental conditions, we have only theoretically studied a multi-objective optimization method for designing the cavity shape of a cone crusher. The optimized cavity shape has not yet been applied to production practice. In order to continuously reveal the working mechanism of modern high-performance crushers and continuously improve the performance of the crushers, there are still many issues that need to be further explored.

Where possible, Shibang experts will conduct further research in the following areas:

1. The value of the volume filling rate from the crushed area 1 to K0 can be studied in combination with specific experiments, and determined through specific experiments combined with iterative calculations.

2. The wear of the liner is very fast, so the wear of the material and the liner can be considered in the formula as a direction for further research in the future.

3. The influence of uneven feeding and particle size distribution on cavity structure optimization can be further considered.



In short, the Cone Crusher Of 70 Tph is an indispensable mechanical equipment in the crushing ore. There are still many areas in China that are very immature in the design of the cone crusher cavity research, so the cavity structure designed has a large gap with foreign countries. Shibang Machinery has done some research in this area, but it has not yet reached the point of perfection. It needs to combine specific experiments to make the cavity optimization design program into specific software, which is widely used in the design of enterprises, thereby further shortening the design with foreign countries.
