I heard that pasting the whole car is quite expensive. And often, people apply paint protection film only to the most vulnerable elements. Most often - the front bumper, hood, front fenders, sometimes the roof and the surface behind the door handles.

I think that makes sense. I have pasted two of my cars. The main thing is that the front of the car will always be like new)) protection film, choose a good one. I did 3m paint protection film https://inkasdesign.com/paint-protection-film/ both times in one place on inkasdesign - if you are interested, I recommend it!

If you contact a reliable company where professionals work, then this is a great idea!

I installed a canopy instead of a film.

Me too. The conditions in which the car is stored largely determine its technical condition, as well as its appearance, and if you want to sell the car predetermines the amount the owner may or may not ask for his car. When parking your car for a long time, it is better to put it under a shelter https://carportaustralia.com.au/ to protect it from the vicissitudes of the weather. Even on the clearest and hottest day there will be some shade under the awning, so the car will not be heated in the sun and one can comfortably get into it at any time without the risk to feel like a fish in an oven.
