What do you think about a buying own flat? Is it a good idea, or it will be better if I will rent it?

Own apartment is much better than renting it, for many reasons. If you plan to live in one city and not to move anywhere, it is certainly better to buy an apartment. But here I like to travel, for example, so rent for me is a great option.
