This is just a thought, is it possible to create a CRM web App using ProcessWire ? Any suggestions ?

Yes it is possible but it depends on your needs. I also built several software with ProcessWire as a base.

I see more and more companies moving to this type of software. It can't help but please, because the number of customers willing to cooperate with the company depends on it. I am an entrepreneur, but CRM systems have bypassed me for many years. Only half a year ago, I implemented ready-made software in the ecosystem of my company. It will make your employees' jobs a lot easier.
