Disposable gloves have a shelf life, latex gloves and nitrile gloves have a shelf life of 3-5 years, PVC gloves and PE gloves have a shelf life of 3 years. Emmas does not recommend using expired disposable gloves for the following reasons:

1. Aging. Nitrile gloves and latex gloves will age after being stored for too long, and their tensile strength and elasticity will be worse than before, which will affect their tear resistance and puncture resistance, and they will not have the protective effect when used.

2. Pollution. Disposable gloves will stick and deteriorate if they are kept in the air for too long. They may become brittle after being exposed to the sun. At the same time, the bacterial content will increase. Latex gloves will turn yellow when exposed to light, heat and oxygen for a long time, affecting the use.

The purchased gloves should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to extend their shelf life. Avoid high temperatures exceeding (104? F/40? C). Once the product is opened, avoid direct sunlight, fluorescent lamp and X-ray. If the above requirements are not followed for storage, the life of gloves will be shortened. That is, even if the gloves are not within the shelf life, they will deteriorate and become brittle.do disposable gloves expire
