Product Model: MA5800-X17Problem Description After the MA5800 is downgraded from V100R021C00SPC105T to V100R019C12SPH202, the H903MPLB board cannot load the packet file V100R019C12SPH202_wholepackage(SPC200)_MPLX.bin. Problem Analysis The V100R019C12SPH202 software package does not contain the H903MPLB board. According to the product documentation, the H903MPLB board is supported only in V100R020C10 and later versions. Root Cause The device version after the downgrade does not support the H903MPLB software. Solution Description The H903MPLB board cannot be downgraded from V100R021C00SPC105T to V100R019C12SPH202. You need to consider the mapping between boards and software.
