Solar cables

After relentlessly exploiting the available non-renewable resources for centuries, mankind has now wholeheartedly embraced the idea of using renewable forms of energy for their daily needs. Despite the scarcity of non-renewable resources, man has been using green energy for a long time. Inexhaustible solar energy is the only form of energy that can be used both industrially and residentially. Due to the inaccessibility of quality solar wires and cables, solar energy has been restricted in its use, despite its convenience, simplicity, and accessibility. In the power generation process, however, new developments in wiring technology have led to the replacement of traditional rubber cables with superior quality solar wires.

A solar cable is a wire that connects solar panels to other electrical devices so that photovoltaic power can be produced. In photovoltaic power generation, solar cables play a crucial role in converting solar radiation into direct energy. Designed to withstand high temperatures, solar cables are constructed with a durable metal mesh and sheath that prevents abrasions. Climate change and temperature fluctuations won't damage these flexible and moisture-resistant cables. They are fire resistant, flame retardant, UV resistant, and halogen free, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. For their low smoke density, higher mechanical strength and durability, solar wires and cables have always been used in laboratories and experimental units.

One of the most important factors to consider before buying solar wires for house wiring is insulation. As both the positive and the negative cables are individually insulated, the durable external casing would offer double protection. A solar cable with adequate insulation would effectively eliminate the danger of short-circuits and ground failure by reducing the risk of signal degradation and interference. Due to their excellent maneuverability and strength, these cables are less prone to acid penetration and chemical or alkaline corrosion.

It is extremely important that you choose solar cables for house wiring that are manufactured in accordance with industry standards when buying them. Before dispatching, branded wires are usually certified, indicating that they have been tested for quality, durability, and performance in the respective laboratories. The durability and energy-saving features of these cables add to the profits even though they are slightly more expensive than the regular cables used for electrical house wiring. It is only after 35-40 years that solar cables start losing performance, so they are low maintenance, energy-efficient, and most cost-effective.
