Hello,

I've read conflicting reports about what methods are best for home applications. Regarding packet sniffing to ****, say, a 128bit WEP key, I've read that some manufacturers' units leak packets that can be sniffed and accumulated to **** the key (Linksys, Netgear--****able, Cisco, not). And on and on... lots of opinions out there.Simply put, beyond best practices like not broadcasting the SSID, what's the best security implementation in a home network that doesn't need anything absolutely unbreakable but wants something reliable? Any consumer router/AP box, XP Pro workstations. WPA? WEP 128bit? RADIUS?

Please help

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
