How to Change Your Gmail Password

Open browser . If you don't know your password, reset your password first.

It's at the top-left corner of the screen. A menu will expand.


Scroll down and click Settings. It’s toward the bottom of the menu.

Select your account. Click the account for which you want to change the password.


Manage your Google Account. It's at the top of the page.

Click Sign in & security. It’s near the top of the page.


Tap Password. It’s the first option in the menu. Doing so will open the login field.



Enter your current password and tap Sign in. It’s the blue button at the bottom of the screen. This takes you to the ″Password″ page.


Enter your new password twice. Type your new password into the "New password" text box, then re-enter it in the "Confirm new password" text box.

Tap CHANGE PASSWORD. It's a blue button at the bottom of the page. Doing so changes your password.
