The cash card is just like your other debit card from cash app. you don't have to, again and again, open your cash application in your mobile to make a transaction if you got your cash app card then simply you can swipe it on any store or gas station.

In order to use cash app card, you need to activate the cash app card the same way you activate your bank debit card when you receive for the first time.

Here are steps on How to activate cash app card using the QR code that came with in the envelope.

* Open your cash app account in your mobile device
* Navigate to settings options at the bottom
* In settings you will see cash card, click on the cash card
* Once you click on the cash card, on your screen you will get cash card image in front of you on your mobile.
* Just below cash card image you will see Activate Cash Card.
* just click on Activate Cash App Card over there and cash app will ask you to use the camera of your mobile phone to verify the QR code that came along the card.
* Once you have open up your camera then put your phone 4-5 inch above the Qr code so that it comes in between your mobile screen and it will get scanned automatically.
* Once it is scanned you will get a message on your mobile screen that cash app card has been activated.
