I am a new Frontier customer in the Southern IL region and am a skeptic when the phone assistant said I would get "12MB a second" and "the cost is literally just 60 dollars a month". Seemed too good to be true. So I'm turning to the forums. Are there any hidden fees Frontier tacks on to their services that they do not inform you about at the time of purchase? Ive read there is a "modem rental fee" lately which was not discussed and just want to clear some confusion.
