It is mainly used for continuous bright annealing, solid solution, demagnetization and stainless steel quenching of stainless steel deep drawing parts such as water heating equipment, water expansion parts, pins, medical devices, stainless steel nails, stainless steel screws, riveting parts, stainless steel bearings, watch case, watch strap, cutter, micro shaft, self tapping and self drilling, tableware and other stainless steel products under the control of protective atmosphere.

2： The structure features of vacuum annealing furnace are as follows

1. The heating elements are evenly distributed in the furnace, and the distribution is reasonable.

2. The furnace cover can be equipped with hot air circulation device, which can make the atmosphere and temperature in the furnace tank uniform.

3. It can be equipped with vacuum pump to increase the air exchange speed and make the atmosphere more pure.

4. There is protective gas. After annealing, the product has no oxidation, which can eliminate the processing stress, improve the magnetic properties of the core and reduce the iron loss.

5. PID automatic power regulation and smooth temperature control are adopted for furnace temperature control.

6. The heating chamber adopts stainless steel frame, and the heat insulation screen is multi-layer graphite felt, which has long service life and easy maintenance. Using graphite tube heater, easy to install and maintain, low failure rate.

7. The air cooling system consists of high-power high-speed motor, high-pressure impeller with large air volume, volute and guide plate, copper tube and copper strip heat exchanger and guide device, which can realize the high-speed circulation of air flow with heat exchanger fan guide device workpiece heat exchanger, so that the workpiece can be cooled quickly and evenly.

8. The heating chamber can also adopt all metal structure. The electric control system adopts PLC and programmable temperature controller to realize full-automatic, semi-automatic and manual control, which is flexible in operation.
