Wireless Communication Means to transfer information between two or more points. It is not connected by conductor.

The most common wireless technologies use electromagnetic waves, such as radio waves, which can be used at short distances of a few meters for televisions or millions of kilometers deep into space for radio. Wireless communication includes a wide range of stay-in, mobile and portable applications including two-way radios, mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), and wireless networks. Other examples of wireless radio technology applications include GPS, garage door remotes, wireless computer mouse, keyboard and wireless headset, wireless headphones, wireless radio receiver, wireless satellite TV, general TV receiver and wireless landline.

Other methods of wireless communication that do not use radio waves include the use of light, sound, magnetic fields or electrical fields.
