Trust me to immediately follow a post in which I talk at length about being tired of writing about pointed pumps… with a post about a pair of pointed pumps. I am nothing if Coach Outlet not fickle!Actually, that’s not quite fair: as I said in yesterday’s post, classic court shoes may not be the most interesting shoes to write about, but that doesn’t mean I don’t love them – quite the contrary, in fact! I think pumps are probably second only to Michael Kors Outlet high heeled peep toes in my list of favourite shoe types (I don’t actually have a list of favourite shoe types, by the way, although maybe I should…), and no matter how many pairs I look at every day, there’s always at least one pair that will Michael Kors Handbags jump out and practically beg me to feature them here.Today, that shoe is Carvela’s ‘Livia’. Now, I’ve featured Kurt Geiger quite a few times recently, but I make no apologies for that, because the brand is really on fire this season, and quite a few of my Michael Kors favourite styles of the past few weeks have come from the Kurt Geiger ‘stable’. These shoes appeal to me for what I’m sure are very obvious reasons: the classic shape, the bright pink colour, the statement brooch on the toe. All of those features add up to http://www.coachoutletonlinefactoryoutlet.com a truly shoeper shoe, and one that will look just as good with jeans as it will with something a little fancier, which also scores them Brownie points in my book.Hot pink is one of those colours I generally prefer to admire from afar, rather than wear Coach Handbags myself. It’s beautiful, but very bold, and if I try to wear it on a dress or top, it will clash horribly with my hair. I have no such issues with shoes, however – just one of the many reasons I love them, I guess!
Paul Andrew Coach Factory is a designer you don’t tend to hear a lot about, and every time I feature his shoes, I wonder why on earth not. These ‘Orbit’ sandals, for instance, are beautiful, in an understated kind of way (Maybe that’s why, actually: perhaps people prefer shoes to be Longchamp Outlet beautiful in an over-stated way?), and I suspect they’d be even MORE beautiful in the flesh (or in the satin, as the case may be) than they are in the picture. These have the standard slingback shape and peep-toe vamp we see so often on dress shoes, but Longchamp the stiletto heel is covered in crystals (Again, not a totally unusual touch for this kind of shoe), and the vamp is secured by what I’m going to describe as a decorative pin, although I’ve no idea what I should be calling it. It’s a detail I Michael Kors Outlet Store haven’t seen too often, and is what made these stand out as I scrolled through the Shopbop website. These weren’t the only Paul Andrew offerings to catch my attention, however: I also like these – not just because they’re green, but because they’re such a lovely shade of Longchamp Sale green. Oh, and because they also come in lilac, which is a colour we don’t see nearly often enough on shoes, as far as I’m concerned:
Ah, but would those Louboutins have a fluffy feather on the t-strap, or a glittery pink upper, though? Well, quite possibly, Michael Kors Outlet Online actually. And they’d probably be WAY better than these ‘Hot Spell’ sandals, too. They definitely wouldn’t be £45, however, and that’s always a consideration. Anyway, from their presence here, you can probably tell that I’m now fully on board with the whole “feathers on shoes” thing – Coach Outlet Store Online a look I previously always found a bit creepy, but now find quite glamorous, in a fun, quirky kinda way. That’s not to say I wouldn’t like these shoes without the added embellishment, however: the t-bar sandal hiding underneath is pretty in its own right, and the Coach Outlet Online pink glitter upper makes it even more so.Is there some kind of 12-step programme to help people quit ASOS, I wonder? Longchamp Bag And if so, where do I sign up? Because for what’s supposed to be a fairly reasonably-priced retailer, I sure seem to end up spending a whole lot of money there. These shoes, however, are safe for now – but only because I can’t think of a single excuse to actually wear them…
