While no longer at the top of the sneaker food chain, the Men's/Women's Adidas Ultra Boost continues to emerge in impressive options for those seeking to be comfortable in style. Case in point: a new "Cloud White/Royal Blue/Scarlet" pair. Primeknit uppers set the stage for their eye-catching accents in "Cloud White"; plastic profile cages and heel molds follow suit. Branding on the tongue, lateral heel, and sidewalls interrupt the tonal scheme with either a shimmering gold or adidas Americana-reminiscent "Royal Blue" and "Scarlet" arrangement. Elsewhere, sockliners indulge in the patriotic color scheme, going as far as featuring star graphics. Underfoot, Boost cushioning forgoes any festive hues with its "Core Black" makeup.



The upper is constructed of a soft cream-colored Primeknit, while an ever-so-faint grey on the midfoot/heel cages provides a light tonal contrast. The shoe’s standard Adidas Ultra Boost Shoes heel hit is done up in a luxurious silver, and the UB’s famous full-length Boost midsole provides comfort and support. It’s set to be an Ultra Boost-heavy December for Adidas Ultra Boost Sale. With a plethora of new drops and restocks, any UB lover will be able to get their fill this winter, and now yet another new colorway of the Trefoil Brand’s flagship running model has surfaced: a black/red. The UB’s flexible Primeknit upper is dressed in a rich burgundy, while the plastic midfoot cage calls upon red with black accents to provide extra flair. The plastic heel piece and soft collar are also dressed in black, and black laces finish off the upper’s contrast. A full-length white Boost midsole contributes all-day comfort and cushioning, and the shoe is then completed with a long-lasting black Continental rubber outsole.

As we inch closer to the Tokyo Olympics, sportswear brands are celebrating with a slew of footwear releases that reference the international event. adidas, for instance, will be following up the success 2016’s pack of medal-inspired Buy Adidas Ultra Boost by recruiting the relatively new adidas UltraBOOST 4.0 DNA. This new “Medal” pack consists of three colorways that take after the gold, silver, and bronze medals presented at the Olympics.

Since its debut in the 2015, the Shop Adidas Ultra Boost has gained notoriety as one of the most comfortable sneakers on the planet, approved by both the running enthusiast and style-conscious demographics. Despite its unparalleled ride, the biggest knock against the Ultra Boost – if there was one – was that the shoe didn’t change much in nearly four years. While some modifications were made to the Primeknit one-piece upper, the lack of variation among the four models dubbed the 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 played a factor in the silhouette cooling off a bit.
