If you're having issues with HBO GO on your Android phone or tablet, try the steps below, which is not working after each step.
Step 1: Check your internet connection
HBO GO requires a constant Internet connection of 3.0 Mbps or greater to stream video. If videos are frequently or poor quality, a slow or inconsistent network connection might be the cause.
If you're using Wi-Fi, try unplugging your network devices (router and / or modem) for one minute and then plugging them back in.
If you're still having issues after checking your internet connection and resetting your network devices, try the following steps:
Step 2: Clear the cache and restart HBO GO
On your device, navigate to Settings> Applications> Application Manager (HBO GO) in the list of apps (Force to Stop) > Storage> Clear Data> Clear Cache. Now open HBO GO and see if the problem is resolved
