All subjects As, plus interview with role plays. Attrition rate high on entry test, but low throughout the course.

You talk about everyone having a 60\40 chance of getting into NUS, but don't half the students leave after six months or a year? Many can't handle the workload because they didn't think it would be that hard. You have to prepare people ahead of time for the challenges because not everyone understands how much being a medic requires patience and hard work. I recently came across this blog, https://medstudentsjourney.com/, in which a young student talks about his time in medical school. That is the kind of information that is often lacking for people planning to tie their lives to medicine.
