It seems that the Brighthouse hotspots are not active 24 hours a day. I had been driving around at about 4am to several spots and got no connections, however, today I tried at 7am and the connection was perfect, and quite fast. The problem is.. the Brighthouse hotspot works perfectly with my laptop, yet at home, the same laptop has severe problems connecting to websites.

Is there supposed to be some BHN interaction in that thread? I've posted a couple of times with an issue near my office but nothing has happened and there hasn't been any real response. I've also made a coup,ex of suggestions for a hot spot around Cranes Roost in Altamonte. Without any feedback it's hard to know if any of this is being heard or falling on deaf ears and doesn't give cause for much in the way of additional posting. Just asking.
