Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub on your workstation and run Quick Fix my Program Tool to eliminate the issue:

1. Close QuickBooks Desktop and your company files.
2. Open your browser, download the QuickBooks Tool Hub setup file and save it somewhere you can easily find it.
3. Open the downloaded file, follow the instructions given on the screen to install the tool hub.
4. To complete the installation, mark the agree to the terms and conditions checkbox.
5. Once the installation completes, move to your desktop, and open the QuickBooks Tool Hub by double-clicking the icon.
6. When the QB Tool Hub opens, move to Program Problems, and click Quick Fix my Program.
7. When Quick Fix my Program finishes the repair, open QuickBooks.
