Set a specific target such as: walk a 16 keto strong xp minute mile three days a week. Or include half hour Pilates sessions four times this week. Perhaps you're already active so you're already going to Zumba class twice a week, then perhaps your goal is to include one day of weight training for a half-hour. A solid keto strong xp plan is quantifiable. Count up the minutes of exercise and log your time.
Begin your program with vigor and enthusiasm. How well people do in the first 2-4 weeks predicts their success up to 5 years. So, make a strong start.
And in doing so, we use food as a form of celebration which will make us add weight. So learn how to break the cycle of over-eating in response to emotions and stress. You will not be able to lose weight unless you stop emotional eating.
