I need some advice about sleep - some problems arose. In winter I had to work part-time and there was a day-night system, as a result the rhythm was disrupted. It would seem that the time has passed, but it was still hard to fall asleep, what can I drink or eat to bring everything back to normal.

Of course you can't take a pill and have your body recover in one day, it doesn't happen. Imagine you broke your body for several months, and now it needs time to recover.

I gave my body time to recover, but nothing came of it. I guess I liked going to work shifts, I just won't admit it.) So how do you solve this problem without medication? Can peptides help with that?

The impossibility of falling asleep irritates me at least, and probably you too, so I can understand your desire to restore sleep patterns. I had a period when I had to stay up late at work, and then from overexertion I could not fall asleep, I had to take medication.
