Etsy has some good shops and some hard to find items. My big beef with them is that it's almost impossible to find a shop without know it's exact name. If I want to find a particular shop with a name I can't remember, it's a long search. Same if I'm generalizing and just want to see what's available under say, baby girl's clothes. I try not to use Etsy for that reason, unless I know a specific name.

They are a truly awful company to deal with. Having g sold on Etsy for over a year now, we have just had our shop put on a 90 day reserve. This all started when we started selling an display tray that looked similar to another sellers , Etsy customer service . We didn't realise it was similar nor did we know theirs was a registered design. Etsy removed the listing g we had live and sent us a rather nasty message.. 3 days later, they put a 90 days reserve on payments.
