The causes of overtemperature fault of electric vehicle charging prompt are fuse damage, loose wiring plug and power switch damage. The solutions are as follows:
Fuse damage solution:
Use a multimeter to measure the battery voltage. If there is a voltage output, it is normal. If there is no voltage output, the fuse is damaged, the battery plug is loose, or the battery is damaged.
Solution to loose wiring plug:
Check the power switch connector. If the plug is really loose, insert the plug tightly.
Solution to power switch damage:
Use a multimeter to measure the voltage at both ends of the input and output cables of the power switch.
