Hi


About 15 years ago or so, I had my phone and my email account with AT&T. I was given the sbcglobal Recently, as a result of the Yahoo breach, I attempted to change my password and security questions. I thought I was changing this information, and when prompted to enter password and my email account adress I was prevented from doing so.Fast forward 4 days and countless hours of searching for human contact to help me through this, I am still locked out of my account.A friend indicated that a couple of years ago she had the same problem. Was able to reach AT&T who were able to retrieve information.Anyone know of a way to accomplish this?

Follow steps:
Reset your password with security questions
Visit the Forgot Password page.
Select Password.
Enter your full AT&T email address and your last name.
Select Continue.
From the drop-down menu, select I'll answer my security questions.
Answer the security questions that you set for your account.
Select Continue.
