Rotor-Stator Plaster Pump produces continuous flow.

With rotor-stator (worm gear or screw type pump) design that allows for continuous flow, SprayMaster® Model SM-78G is engineered and built for spray applications involving stucco, eifs, low-volume plaster, fireproofing, and finish materials. Pump can output up to 10 gpm of materials and also suits underlayment projects. Along with 14 hp gasoline engine, features include variable speed control and onboard air compressor. Machine width allows passage through standard 32 in. doorway. To get more news about SEEPEX Pump Parts, you can visit hw-screwpump.com official website.
Cincinnati, Ohio – Airplaco Equipment Company, a US manufacturer of equipment for the shotcrete, gunite, masonry, grouting and mining industries, announces the latest design of its SprayMaster® rotor-stator pump. Model SM-78G is engineered and built for spray applications, such as stucco, eifs, low-volume plaster, fireproofing and finish materials. The SM-78G offers a continuous flow of materials, making it suitable for underlayment projects as well.
“The pump fills out the product line”, says Todd Ferguson, Marketing Manager. “We listened to what customers were asking for and our engineers were able to design a solution. Best of all, it is made in America by an American owned company.”

The SprayMaster’s rotor-stator design is also referred to as “worm gear” or “screw type pump” in the industry. This design allows for a continuous flow of material. The SM-78G can output up to 10 gallons per minute of materials, which are typically pre-bagged fireproofing, stuccos and other spray finish materials. The SprayMaster has an exclusive variable speed control, allowing contractors to adjust the production rate without sacrificing power. The pump has a 14 horse-power gasoline engine and includes an onboard air compressor to provide air to a spray nozzle. The narrow width of the machine allows it to pass through a standard 32 inch doorway for access to interior work spaces.
Since 1946, AIRPLACO has manufactured shotcrete pumps, grout pumps, gunite machines, batch plants, pressure vessels, plastering pumps and other specialized equipment for the construction industry. Three U.S. locations stock a complete line of equipment and accessories available for immediate shipment. The company has hired industry experts to serve as equipment project managers for its customers ensuring that all machinery and accessories are qualified for the particular project at hand. AIRPLACO is a division of Mesa Industries, Inc., a family company.
