The kind of fare and route are just two of the elements that affect the Swissair cancellation policy. If a traveler cancels within the 24-hour window or if the airline cancels the flight, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Thus, it's a good idea to be aware of the policies in advance.
whatever the ticket class, you can receive a full refund and avoid any cancellation fees if you cancel within 24 hours of the departure date being at least seven days later.

irrespective of the airfare, the airline is responsible for compensating the affected passenger(s) if it cancels the flight, refuses boarding to a customer, or modifies the schedule, causing the passenger to miss a connecting flight or experience any other form of difficulty.
After the 24-hour risk-free period, non-refundable tickets will not be accepted or refunded in any way. Ticket holders, whether refundable or non-refundable, will be required to pay a cancellation charge.
