Shenzhen Textile (Holdings) rose by the daily limit of 10 percent to 15.15 yuan， while Shanghai Tongda Venture Capital fell 9.99 percent to 49.39 yuan.

NEW DELHI, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- India said that it was arranging for the evacuation of its nationals from the Caribbean island of Sint Maarten hit by hurricane Irma.
"The evacuation of Indian nationals from #SintMaarten is a priority for us. Unfortunately, plane chartered by us could not fly today. We are organising another aircraft to carry out the operation," Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj tweeted late Monday night.
