Renée Zellweger has joined the league of celebrities who have taken the ALS Ice Bucket http://www.goldengoosesale.com/ Challenge.

While the challenge peaked in popularity during summer 2014, it's still going strong. The ALS Association has brought it back with the hashtag #EveryAugustUntilACure.

Zellweger participated in Golden Goose Sneakers the challenge to support her close friend Nanci Ryder, a Hollywood publicist who was diagnosed with the disease. The videos are raising funds for the 2015 "Walk to Defeat ALS" on Oct. 18.

The ultimate goal: to raise $1,000,000 for the fundraising team Team Nanci. The team captains include Zellweger, Courteney Cox and Golden Goose Sale Reese Witherspoon.

In the video, Zellweger stands in her horse trough so that the water won't be wasted. (The shocked reaction of the horse really makes the video.)

At the end, she calls out her friends Colin Firth and Eddie Redmayne. We anxiously await their videos.
