Oklahoma State football hosted its annual Pro Day on Thursday, with 17 Cowboys putting their talent on display in front of personnel from all 32 NFL teams inside the weight room at Boone Pickens Stadium and on the field at the Sherman E. Smith Training Center.

NFL Combine participants Mason Rudolph, James Washington, Marcell Ateman, Tre Flowers and Chris Lacy all participated in the event, as well as linebacker Gyasi Akem, offensive tackle Zach Crabtree https://www.cowboysdaclub.com/jourdan-lewis-jersey-c-21.html, cornerback Darius Curry, defensive tackle Ben Hughes, cornerback Malik Kearse, center Brad Lundblade, safety Jerel Morrow, defensive tackle DeQuinton Osborne, safety Ramon Richards, offensive lineman Larry Williams, running back Rennie Childs and wide receiver Brandon Sheperd.

Several Cowboys put up impressive numbers throughout the day, including a 39 inch vertical jump from Washington, a 126 inch broad jump by Lacy and a 4.43 40 yard dash from Washington, to name a few of the day s best.

Washington, who is viewed as a potential first round pick by some, helped his stock on Thursday with a 39 inch vertical jump. It was a 4.5 inch improvement from the mark he set at the combine. He was also clocked at 4.43 in the 40 yard dash by at least one scout, which was 0.11 seconds better than his combine time.

When I m here, in this comfortable environment, I m jumping like that regularly. I m a perfectionist, so I m always pushing myself to be the best that I can be. I m pretty happy with my results today.

Another Cowboy that impressed was Lacy, whose 126 inch broad jump would ve placed him in the top 10 of all wide receivers at this year s NFL Combine, according to NFL.com. The DeSoto, Texas, native also ran well throughout the day.

It was great and I did everything I wanted to do, Lacy said. I came out here and a lot of guys had me at a high 4.3 or low 4.4 in my 40 yard dash, so that was the goal – to run a faster 40 out here. I caught the ball cleanly going through my routes cleanly, so it was a great day.

There were several other Cowboy marks that would have ranked among the best at their respective position at this year s combine, including Hughes 37 rep bench press, which would ve placed him third among the defensive lineman at the earlier event. In addition to the testing portion of the day, several athletes impressed in position work on the field, including Rudolph Travis Frederick Jersey, Washington and others.

I thought it went well today, Rudolph said. I thought everybody across the board showcased their skills. It was just fun being out here together one more time at our facility with our guys. At the combine, they want to see how you react to new faces and different timing, but this group has been doing this stuff for four to four and a half years. It s a great group of guys and they did a great job.

Thursday s Pro Day also provided a chance for several Cowboys, including Lundblade, to work out in front of every NFL team, despite not being a part of the 2018 combine.

I was well prepared going in and I m happy with how today went, Lundblade said. This is your one shot to show out for the scouts. Anytime you re left off the list like that, you feel like you should be there. It kind of puts a bit of a chip on your shoulder and adds a little bit of motivation.

The 2018 NFL Draft is scheduled to take place April 26 28 at AT T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
