• Visit at the SBC Global email forgot password page and click on its link.
• Then enter the email address & last name.
• Click on next & then ok.
• Choose the password recovery option from the drop-down menu.
• Select the “Security questions” and then answer them.
• Follow the prompts displayed on the computer screen.
• Now you can create a new password for your email address.
• Re-enter this password for confirmation.
• Click on yes button and save the changes.
