You can solve the issue yourself without taking help of the HP support phone number or HP help number just by following some simple steps.

1. First, you need open your HP device or desktop
2. Go to the WIFI setting of your HP device
3. Disconnect the device not running properly with your device
4. Delete the device from the bluetooth paired list or forget the device from the Wi-FI list
5. Then, you restart your HP computer
6. Pair the device again by the Bluetooth or Wifi with your HP PC
7. Try to connect the device to your HP computer again
8. The issue may be solve now which is occurring before
