adidas is dropping a new colorway of the Buy Adidas Superstar that celebrates New York City, the globally-renowned city of culture, fashion and individuality. The latest colorway of the Superstar channels the essence of the city through a number of meaningful design elements. The shoe's understated yet notable details include the widely-recognized city map illustrated on premium navy suede that features all five boroughs of New York City.



High quality features include a leather upper, lining and shell toe combined with laces composed of reflective yarn and metallic lace tips which complete the shoe's bold design and silhouette. What we're left with is a shoe that blends authenticity, creativity and self-expression to make one of adidas Originals' most iconic silhouettes that captures the true spirit of the city.

The Adidas Superstar on Sale is headed to retailers tomorrow, but we didn't know just how many pairs would be releasing, until now. adidas Originals is introducing their coveted cushioning system to the shell-toed classic tomorrow, February 9th in 6 total colorways. Of course, the classic White/Black and Black/White look gets treated with a premium leather finish, but there will also be a "Leather Pack" featuring a monochromatic black and off-white for a luxurious touch. That's not all either, as a women's exclusive "Metal Pack" features copper and metallic silver patent leather for a head-turning finish atop the new adidas Superstar Boost.

Earlier this week adidas officially announce an update to the flagship Adidas Superstar Shoes model with integrated Boost technology called the adidas Superstar BOOST. Quietly a completely redesigned Superstar model featuring Bounce and Primeknit technology started arriving at retailers this weekend. While the Superstar Boost keeps most of the original architecture of the shoe, the Superstar Bounce gets a brand new sole and a Primeknit upper. The shelltoe is kept nearly intact but with out it this can very much be a whole new model. But then it would loose all of the heritage that comes with the classic Superstar.

What might look like a near-all black lifestyle rendition of the retro shoe of the moment, the Adidas Superstar for Men/Women is so much more.
