Pre-halving 2020, the average time is taken to create a block in 7.5 minutes to 8.5 minutes per block for every 24 hours. Post-halving 2020, there is a significant increase in the time taken to create a block. Currently, it happens in 11 to 12 minutes per block. So, it’s very clear that there is a decline in the hash rate with 6.25 BTC as a mining reward. It is also worth noting that the last bitcoin block 629,999 is encoded with "NYTimes 09/Apr/2020 With $2.3T Injection, Fed's Plan Far Exceeds 2008 Rescue."
