Your doctor will advise you to start on very low dose of this medicine and he wouldn't increase your dose if your pain is under control.If your pain is out of control then he will adjust the dose at anytime during your treatment. If you are feeling your pain is not controlled then you shouldn't change your dose, always discuss with doctor about that.
