Acree can produce Welded Finned Tubes in many different tube sizes, ranging from 3/4″ up to 7″ OD and with a variety of fin configurations and metal combinations to meet your heat transfer needs. We also produce High-Frequency Welded Finned Pipe.

Fin Heights: ?" to 1″
Fin Thicknesses: 20 ga. (.035″) to 12 ga. (.102″)
Fin Pitch: 1 to 7 fins per inch
Material: Any material or combination that can be resistance or arc welded.

The more common pipe and tube materials that we use are Carbon Steel, Chrome Moly, Stainless Steel and Nickel Alloys which can be furnished in lengths up to 100 feet. The more common fin materials are Carbon Steel, 304, 316, 321, and 409 Stainless Steel.
