The average weight of the car is 1 ton, clog, if the car goes whole (glass, interior elements, rubber, etc.) - put at least 30%. I.e. actually the weight of the car is reduced by 300 kg and only 600 kg = 0.6 tonnes goes for scrap metal. Now the most interesting thing - the cost of scrap metal in each region is different. You need to contact the experts. I called them when I wanted to scrap my van, the car was fully surrendered for disassembly of parts. Now you should consider the cost of transportation to the place where you want to take the car for scrap metal. If the car is in motion - no problem, you will get your own way and get the money without unnecessary costs
