Love DSL-Extreme but need help cancelling account

Been with DSL-Extreme had have enjoyed the service. Unfortunately, I am moving and per their Technical Support Dept, they do not offer service in the new area even though its only a few miles away.
Does anyone know how I can get in touch with DSLX_GM or DSLX_NICK?
I'm trying to send some Private Msgs or Instant Msgs online but having some trouble.
