The shoe combines the flexible outsole of the Nike Black Friday Deals with the stability and durability of the Nike Metcon, to offer a versatile style which can take you from a short run to a studio class or weights workout.


After releasing the style for men only last year, this new edition has now been Nike Cyber Monday updated with a larger, durable TPU strap which wraps around the midfoot and heel for a more "locked-in" fit, as well as a bootie construction with a pull tab for more support around the ankle. A slightly firmer foam has also been added to the midsole, which adds a little more stability if you're lifting during your workout.

This feature reduces the drag you get with rubber soles rubbing against a wall, and it slides well against almost any surface.
