Hello Friends You need to be signed in to myAT&T with your AT&T Access ID to complete these steps. Go to Profile > Sign-in information. In the linked accounts section, if email, Internet, or U-verse TV is listed, your AT&T email address is associated with your Access ID. This means your email and ID share a password.
