I am unable to sign into my Netflix Account on set-top box. There may be some issue related to Inactive Account. Please help me is anyone know about this problem

1. Verify your email and password
2. Reset your password
3. Sign out of Netflix
4. Restart your device
5. Troubleshoot network connection issues
