I have been a subscriber for windstream for i guess 5+ years now and I have never had any Decent connection.I started out with a 3mb package which netted me 764k-1.2mb.I finally upgraded to the 6mb connection few years back and still i get anywhere from 1.04-2.23mb.And this is Not random this has been this way Since they have been my provider.Hundreds of calls to customer service and they are of no help just offering the Standard protocol of We are experience a outage in your area that will result in reduced speeds and we are sorry for your inconvenience.

I have been through 3 modems ,a siemens 4200,a gateway 2 wire and just the other day they brought me a sagemcom as they always thought the modem was the culprit but to no avail nothing has changed.I am sorry but you do not Experience outages for over 5 years and if you do then you should not be in business.This is A total Rip off and Honestly if you surveyed anyone in this area i Promise they will be a 90% Unsatisfied rate.Working from Home is about pointless for me as i can never have the speed i need or any reliable connection for conference calls/Skype with customers etc etc.

What is a man to do ,They have monopolized this area and it is either Them or Dial up with no alternatives.I am literally sick to my stomach from dealing with them with the same issues for 5+ consecutive years
