I want to give a portrait to my mother. I want to do it in an original way. She looks like a queen. I want her to be in this image. I am sure that she will like it. Do you know anyone who can do this?

I think you need to go to a professional artist. I know it doesn't come cheap. Because quality has to be expensive.
