Hello Friends,

I am watching HBO Go on my PC. Sometimes it stops automatically & goes back to beginning. Has anyone had this happen before and know how to fix this problem so please give me the suggestion.

Your Internet connection and network bandwidth must be sufficient to stream video with HBO GO. Additionally, your device setup must be HDCP compliant to enjoy HD-quality video in HBO GO.
HBO GO adjusts the video playback quality based on the strength of your network and Internet connection. If the network bandwidth is too low to stream video, you might get only audio. If the Internet connection drops altogether, video will stop playing and you'll be prompted to reconnect.
To check your connection speed, try diagnostic tools on your device or an online speed test such as speakeasy.net/speedtest. For additional troubleshooting steps, see Troubleshoot browser video playback issues.
