In this concept, users are called liquidity providers, where these users donate funds to the decentralized liquidity pool. This liquidity pool secures the funds and in return, the liquidity providers receive rewards in the form of crypto coins and tokens. Moreover, these rewards can be redeemed in the future by investing them in another user-decentralized liquidity pool.
