Hello Friends,

I am facing problem related to HBO Go. I want to activate HBOgo on Xbox and Roku TV. But, i'm getting hbo go error code 102. So therefore, i am not able to configure this on both devices. Please help me to fix this issue

Hi,

Following These Steps:

Step 1: Uninstall/Reinstall the HBO GO app
Uninstall the HBO GO app, then reinstall it from the app store. Then try activating your Apple TV again. If you still can't, move onto the next step.

Step 2: Restart your Apple TV
Restart the device by going to Settings > General > Restart. If you can't restart your Apple TV because it's unresponsive, try the following:

1. Hold down Menu and Down on the Apple Remote for six seconds, and then release when you see the indicator light on the Apple TV blink rapidly.
2. Unplug the Apple TV power cord for three seconds, and then plug it back in.
Try activating your Apple TV again. If you still can't, move onto the next step.

Step 3: Clear cache, restart, and check for updates
1. Clear the cache on the Apple TV by holding down the Menu button for 10 seconds.
2. Turn your Apple TV off, then turn it back on again.
3. Install any available Apple TV software updates.
Try activating your Apple TV again. If you still can't, move onto the next step.

Step 4: Reset your Apple TV

Hello,

To activate HBO GO on your Xbox, follow these steps:
Download the HBO GO app on your Xbox One or Xbox 360 (for help with Xbox One, go to Xbox Support, and for help with Xbox 360, go to Xbox Support).
Open HBO GO on your Xbox.
Choose Sign In or Activate Your Device to get your activation code.
